Adding Coins

When you add coins you add the cents. Every 100 cents is 1 dollar. So if you get more than than 100 cents that becomes a dollar. For instance, if the coins add together upward to 115 cents, that is chosen i dollar and 15 cents. If they add up to 345 cents, that is chosen 3 dollars and 45 cents.
